The Lemon Collective typically organizes how-to classes in its own space, but on Monday, January 22nd, it's taking students on a field trip. The Lemon Collective will host Pizza Making at Timber Pizza Co. from 7 to 9 p.m. with the pizzeria's founder Andrew and head chef Daniela at the helm.
They'll kick off the class by pouring you a glass of red or white wine—which the pair keeps coming all night long—and then Andrew will show you how to craft pizza dough. Next, learn how to stretch and flip the dough until it becomes a perfectly shaped thin crust. Then the duo demonstrates the proper way to top a pizza with fresh ingredients and lets you join in the fun. Continue to enjoy your wine as you pop the pizzas in the oven and then ultimately enjoy bubbly, golden-brown slices. Tickets to the class are $80 and include unlimited wine, the pizza ingredients, and a take-home goody bag.
