Chicken sauteed with basil, garlic, hot chili, and dark soy sauce. Tofu smothered in red curry sauce and served over rice. Pork and rice noodles stir-fried with Chinese broccoli, egg, and soy sauces. These are a handful of the lunch entrees on the menu at Pantry Thai Bistro and Sushi, an eatery that debuted about three months ago.
The dinner menu expands upon the lunch offerings with a slew of extra entrees, ramen, and noodles. For something unique, try the pineapple fried rice with shrimp and chicken or the spicy basil fried rice with pork or beef. Skip the meat and order the pad ma khua with tofu and eggplant, plus fresh basil and a spicy bean sauce. If you're craving sushi, Pantry Thai offers plenty of maki, nigiri, and sashimi, too.
