Washington, DC is rich with history and culture, and Cultural Tourism DC will remind locals how unique their city is with WalkingTown DC from September 16th to the 24th. They'll offer free walking tours of DC's many neighborhoods, led by guides who are experts when it comes to local history.
Tours take place on your lunch break, after work hours, and over the weekend, so you should be able to find a time slot that suits your schedule. Check out tours like "African Americans in Washington, DC: On the Forefront in the Fight for Full Civil Rights".
